White Out! Why can't we get this more often?

This is the picture of that snow storm that rolled across Seoul on Wednesday. That was awesome. I just want to know why we can't get that more often. I love snow. I will have to go skiing this weekend to finish off the season. I heard a story on the news about how people in the traditionally wintry states at the north of the U.S. love snow and love huge storms. I would too.
