Young Students Kick the Chaebol Ass

These young entrepreneurs seem sto be
kicking the ass of all the chaebols. They are more profitable than the chaebol I work for is. Then again, when your profit margin is like 2%, it ain't that hard. But this just flies in the face of confucianism and the Korean tradition that you need age to have skills and do a good job. That drives me nuts in my company more than anything. Nobody listens to anyone who does not have 5 years+ experience under their built, because they are considered to be 'young and naive'. That just wastes a lot of great young talent and ideas. The best part of this story was the anchor with the laughing look on his face at the end. You have to watch the whole thing (not just htis story) to see it, but it is pretty funny. I like that MBC anchor. He always adds in words that make it more interesting. "놀랍습니다", or "대단합니다"
